The training

The basis of that game is TRAINING. You have to handle properly the training of your player if you want to maximize his development.

You probably have already noticed in the upper portion of your individual training page, a section called « team training ». This training is really important since it gives you some bonus on your individual training if both are set for the same training.

It is believe that it takes roughly 800% to get a point in a skill. If your individual training matches the team training, you get 100% for one training, in the case it doesn’t match the team training you receive only 75%.

So, to get 1 point in a skill you need 8 training sessions if you trained the same skill as the team training and 11 training if you train only in individual. So, on long term, it makes a BIG DIFFERENCE! But to get your first point in a skill, you need only 400%.

The personal trainer (PT) gives bonus to your individual training but NOT to the team training.

Now, few words about fitness. It’s really important to pay attention to that aspect of the game. Below 90% you begin to have some minor penalties on your training. Below 80%, those penalties are more harmful. More your fitness is low, the more you get penalties on your training. Don’t let your fitness below 70%!!!

Finally, don’t forget that it is really important to well manage your training since at 21 years old you lost 25% of efficiency on your training. So we develop more slowly. You will not be able to catch up on your training if you do not take care of it while you are young.

Fitness:

To be good at training you have to pay attention to your Fitness. Like I said before, below 90%, you start to have some minor penalties on your training efficiency. Between 80-90% those penalties are minimal but under 80%, it begins to be harmful for your training.

There is three ways to manage your fitness. The 100-92-100, the 100-82-100 and the 100-70-100.

The 100-92-100, for example, means you start at 100%, then you decrease (by doing training) until 92%. At this moment, you select a fitness training that will bring back your fitness to 100%.

You could imagine that advise you against doing this 100-70-100. Personally, I do a mix of the two first type of training. But later in your career, in some cases, it could be a good thing of doing 100-70-100. But for the moment, I highly suggest 100-92-100 or the 100-82-100.

One fitness training give 8%, 2 consecutive (on the same day) fitness trainings give 18% (8+10) and finally 3 consecutive training give (on the same day) give 30% (8+10+12).

When we do individual training (IT) each training decreases your fitness by 1%, instead of 2% in team training.

Games also decrease the fitness. It is hard to predict how much fitness you could lost after a game, since it depends on a lot of things like your stamina, the number of minutes you’ve played, ball possession, etc.

So that’s it for now, it is really important to calculate your fitness and do not select fitness training in the middle of the day (8h00). Try to put it at 0h00 or 16h00 since two consecutive trainings give bonus as I said above. It’s true for fitness but also for the training you are doing…
